WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO CLASS?
Wear comfortable clothing (no zips) long pants and socks. You may want to bear in mind that some of the inversions may cause loose fitting tops to ride up. Short or long sleeved tops and remove items of jewellery such as earrings, watches and rings which may damage or snag the hammocks. If you have long nails please make sure they are smooth so that we can take care of the hammocks.
